Order Cancellation:

Refunds:

Refunds are processed only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear images of the product.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

Non-Refundable Items:

Customized or bespoke furniture (specific fabric, wood finish, or size). Mattresses, pillows, and bedding (due to hygiene regulations). Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
